VELENTIA is an online jewelry and eyewear store based in Seattle, WA, United States. You can reach us at support@velentiashop.com.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or payment cannot be verified — and in that case you are refunded in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and include free US shipping. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the other providers shown there; we never see or store your full card details.
Products
We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including the metal and the stones. Photographs are taken under studio light, so colours can vary slightly between screens. Jewelry is made in small batches, so tiny variations are normal and not a fault.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery times, returns and refunds are set out in our Shipping policy and Refund and return policy, which form part of these terms.
Care and use
Our pieces are made for everyday wear, not for swimming, showering, saunas or workouts. Damage caused by chemicals, perfume, sport or accidents is not covered by the return policy.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Reviews and content
Reviews are published only from real customers, and we may decline a review that contains abuse, spam or personal data. By posting a review or photo you allow us to show it on our site and channels.
Intellectual property
The VELENTIA name, our photography and the site design belong to us and may not be copied without written permission.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under US consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
