Shipping Policy

Every VELENTIA order ships free within the United States, with tracking included.

Processing time

Each piece is inspected, polished and packed by hand before it leaves us. Orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 days of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday begin processing on the following day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 8 to 12 days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within 10 to 17 days of being placed. These windows are estimates rather than guarantees. Weather, carrier backlogs and peak shopping periods can add a few days, and we will always tell you honestly where your parcel is if it runs late.

Tracking

You receive an email containing a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to register its first scan, and it is normal for it to pause between scans while a parcel is in transit. You can also follow your order on the Track your order page of our website.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Packaging

Each piece arrives in its own VELENTIA box, ready to be given as a gift. We never place a printed invoice inside the parcel, so an order can be sent directly to the person it is intended for.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email support@velentiashop.com within 24 hours. We will correct the address at no charge provided the parcel has not yet been dispatched. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped once the correct address is confirmed.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If tracking has not moved for 10 days, or your parcel arrives damaged, write to us with your order number and a photograph where relevant. We will chase the carrier on your behalf and, where the parcel cannot be recovered, replace the piece or refund you in full.
