Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes 7–10 business days within the US. Shipping is free on every order — it is already included in the price. You will get a tracking number by email the moment your order is dispatched.

We work with stainless steel with PVD finishes, 18K gold plating, and 925 sterling silver. Every product page lists the exact materials of that piece. All pieces are nickel-free and kind to sensitive skin.

Our stainless steel and PVD pieces are built for everyday wear and hold their colour. To keep any jewellery at its best, remove it before swimming and showering, and keep it away from perfume and lotions.

You have 30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive faulty. If we sent the wrong or a damaged item, return shipping is on us.

Put jewellery on last, after skincare and fragrance. Wipe it with a soft cloth after wear and store it dry — ideally in its pouch. Avoid pools, saunas, and workouts.

Check your tracking link first — most parcels simply take the full window. If nothing has moved for 5+ business days, email support@velentiashop.com and we will chase it. If an order is lost for more than 20 business days after dispatch, we replace it or refund you in full.
