Most necklaces are a 16 inch chain with a 2 inch extender, so they fasten anywhere between 16 and 18 inches. Bracelets are 6.3 inches with a 1.2 inch extender and fit wrists up to 7 inches. Every product page has a Size guide with the four chain lengths.

Each piece arrives in its own VELENTIA box, ready to be given as a gift. We never put a printed invoice in the parcel, so an order can be sent straight to the person it is meant for.

Yes — 30 days from delivery for unworn pieces in their original packaging. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons unless they arrive faulty. If we sent the wrong or a damaged item, return shipping is on us.

Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan, and it sometimes pauses between scans. If nothing has moved for 10 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier or replace the piece.

Write to us within 24 hours and we will change the address or cancel the order if it has not been dispatched yet. After dispatch, the 30-day return applies instead.
