This website is operated by VELENTIA. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to VELENTIA. By visiting this site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with the Shipping Policy, the Return and Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy, each of which forms part of these terms.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to purchase from this store. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

  1. Use of the store

You may not use our products or this website for any unlawful purpose, nor may you attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site, including by transmitting malicious code or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

  1. Products, descriptions and pricing

We describe our materials, measurements and finishes as accurately as we can. Jewelry that uses natural stones or hand finishing varies slightly from piece to piece, and screens display colour differently, so photographs are indicative rather than exact. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any error in a description, price or availability, and to cancel and refund in full any order placed against an obvious pricing error.

  1. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order, including orders that appear to be placed for resale, orders that cannot be verified, and orders flagged as fraudulent. Where we cancel an order, we will notify you at the email address given at checkout and refund any amount charged.

  1. Payment

Payment is taken at the time the order is placed. Payments are processed by our payment providers, and we do not receive or store your full card details.

  1. Shipping and delivery

Delivery timescales, coverage and the handling of delayed, lost or damaged parcels are set out in our Shipping Policy. We remain responsible for a parcel until it is delivered to the address you provided at checkout.

  1. Returns

Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

  1. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, product photography, graphics, page design, and the VELENTIA name and logo, belongs to VELENTIA or is used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our prior written permission.

  1. Reviews and submissions

If you send us a review, photograph, suggestion or other material, you grant us the right to use, publish and adapt it in connection with our business without obligation or payment. You confirm that the material is your own and does not infringe the rights of any third party. We may remove material that we consider unlawful, offensive or misleading.

  1. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in this section limits the warranties that apply to the products themselves under applicable law.

  1. Limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
