Every VELENTIA order ships free within the United States.
Processing time
Orders are checked, polished and packed by hand. We dispatch within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 7–10 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within 8–13 business days in total. These windows are estimates, not guarantees — weather, carrier delays and peak seasons can add a few days.
Tracking
You receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan. You can also follow your parcel on our Track your order page.
Where we ship
All 50 US states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally yet.
Packaging
Each piece arrives in its own VELENTIA box, ready to be given as a gift. We never include a printed invoice, so an order can be sent straight to the person it is meant for.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@velentiashop.com within 24 hours and we will correct it if the parcel has not been dispatched.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, write to us with a photo and we will replace the piece or refund you in full.
